You must be physically located within Indonesia at the time of account registration and during all gaming activity. dewi39 employs IP verification and geolocation technology to enforce this requirement. Use of VPN, proxy, or other location-masking technology to circumvent geographical restrictions is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of Indonesia. Individuals who are legally restricted from entering into contracts — including but not limited to those under legal guardianship, those subject to court-ordered restrictions, or those declared bankrupt — may not register for or use the dewi39 platform.
The following categories of individuals are prohibited from using dewi39:
Important: dewi39 conducts ongoing compliance monitoring. If you are found to be ineligible after account creation, your account will be closed immediately, all bets will be voided, and any winnings will be forfeited. Deposits may be refunded at dewi39's sole discretion after deduction of administrative costs.

Upon successful registration, you will select a unique username and password for your account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of these credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. dewi39 supports deposits and withdrawals via a wide range of Indonesian payment methods, including but not limited to: bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI, OCBC NISP) and e-wallet services (OVO, GoPay, DANA, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp). dewi39 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, cryptocurrency, or through third-party payment processors not explicitly listed on the deposit page.
Deposits are typically credited to your dewi39 account within 5 to 15 minutes of successful payment confirmation. If your deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number. You must deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from an account not in your legal name) are strictly prohibited and will be refunded minus administrative fees. Repeated third-party deposit attempts may result in account closure.
Minimum deposit: Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit per transaction varies by payment method and may be subject to daily or monthly caps as determined by your financial institution. Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal limits are determined by your VIP tier status — see the VIP Membership section on the homepage for details. dewi39 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) and must be made to a payment method registered in your own legal name. First-time withdrawals require full account verification and may take up to 24 hours to process. Once your account is verified, subsequent withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during business hours (08:00 – 23:00 WIB, Monday through Sunday). Withdrawals requested outside these hours will be processed on the next business day. All withdrawals are subject to a security review. dewi39 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests if fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms is suspected.
To prevent money laundering and bonus abuse, all deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal is permitted. Deposits that include bonus credits are subject to specific wagering requirements as outlined in the applicable bonus terms. Failure to meet minimum turnover requirements will result in withdrawal request rejection.
dewi39 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your financial institution or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees or currency conversion charges. You are responsible for any such fees. dewi39 is not liable for delays or additional costs incurred due to issues with third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
dewi39 offers a variety of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published on the promotions page at the time the offer is made available. By accepting a bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable terms. Bonus terms take precedence over these general Terms & Conditions in the event of any conflict.
Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available only to users who have completed full KYC verification and have made at least one successful deposit from a payment method registered in their own name. Only one bonus per user, per household, per IP address, and per payment method is permitted unless explicitly stated otherwise. Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to creation of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or exploitation of system errors — will result in immediate forfeiture of bonus funds, voiding of associated winnings, and potential account closure.
All bonus funds are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 5x, 10x, 20x) and must be met within a specified time period (typically 7 to 30 days from the date the bonus is credited). Only real-money bets count toward wagering requirements; bets placed with bonus funds or free bet credits do not contribute. Different game types may contribute at different rates (e.g., slots may contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute 10%, sports bets may contribute 100%). Specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.
The following betting patterns are prohibited when wagering bonus funds and may result in bonus forfeiture:
dewi39 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and reclaim bonus funds if we determine that terms have been breached, bonuses have been abused, or fraudulent activity has occurred. If you wish to forfeit an active bonus and its associated winnings in order to withdraw your deposited funds, you may do so by contacting customer support. Once a bonus is forfeited, it cannot be reinstated.
All bets are subject to acceptance by dewi39. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion, particularly in cases where we suspect fraudulent activity, technical error, or betting patterns inconsistent with recreational play. Once a bet is confirmed in your account history, it is considered accepted and binding. Bets cannot be canceled or amended after acceptance unless the event is postponed, abandoned, or declared void in accordance with our betting rules.
All sports bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, FIBA for basketball). Results are typically settled within 24 hours of event conclusion. For live (in-play) betting, odds and markets are updated in real time based on match developments. Live bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay (typically 5–15 seconds) to account for score updates and ensure fair pricing. In the event of a postponement, if the event is rescheduled and played within 48 hours, all bets remain valid; if the event is not played within 48 hours, all bets are voided and stakes refunded.
All casino games (live dealer tables, RNG slots, video poker, etc.) are governed by the specific rules published within each game interface. Random Number Generator (RNG) games are independently audited to ensure fairness and randomness. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity issue during gameplay, the affected game round will be voided and stakes refunded. dewi39 is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the user's end.
Togel (traditional lottery) bets are settled based on official draw results published by the relevant lottery authority (e.g., Singapore Pools for Togel SGP, Hong Kong Jockey Club for Togel HK). Results are typically available within 30 minutes of the scheduled draw time. In the event that a draw is delayed or canceled by the official authority, all bets on that draw will be voided and stakes refunded. Minimum bet: Rp 1,000 per line. Maximum payout per ticket varies by market and bet type and is displayed before bet confirmation.
Bets may be declared void and stakes refunded in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned or canceled and not rescheduled within 48 hours; there is a clear error in the odds or market display (palpable error); the outcome is affected by match-fixing or other irregular activity as determined by the governing body; or a technical malfunction prevents fair completion of the bet. dewi39's decision on void bets is final.

You may request temporary or permanent account suspension at any time by contacting customer support. Temporary suspensions (cooling-off periods) are available for 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During this period, you will not be able to log in, place bets, or deposit funds. Permanent self-exclusion is also available and results in indefinite account closure. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Once enacted, a self-exclusion period cannot be reversed or shortened — your account will remain closed for the full duration regardless of any subsequent request to reopen it.
You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and loss limits through your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased. Once a limit is reached, you will be unable to deposit or place further bets until the limit resets at the start of the next period.
You may configure reality-check reminders to appear at intervals of your choosing (every 30, 60, or 120 minutes) to inform you of your session duration and current balance. You may also set session time limits, after which you will be automatically logged out.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension or closure:
If dewi39 determines that you have engaged in prohibited conduct or breached these Terms, we reserve the right to: (a) immediately suspend or permanently close your account; (b) void any pending bets and winnings; (c) forfeit any bonus funds and promotional credits; (d) withhold withdrawals pending investigation; and (e) report suspected illegal activity to relevant authorities. In cases of proven fraud, criminal activity, or egregious breach of Terms, deposited funds may also be forfeited.
dewi39 reserves the right to refuse service, close accounts, or restrict access to any user for any reason at our sole discretion, including but not limited to users identified as professional advantage players, arbitrage bettors, or individuals whose betting patterns are inconsistent with recreational gambling.
The dewi39 platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. dewi39 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use the platform at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, dewi39 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your dewi39 account during the 90 days preceding the claim.
dewi39 shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, internet outages, server failures, or changes in applicable law.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dewi39 is licensed and regulated. References to "the laws of Indonesia" shall be interpreted as the applicable legal framework under which dewi39 operates for Indonesian resident users, subject to international licensing requirements.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the dewi39 platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body selected by dewi39.
You agree to resolve any disputes with dewi39 on an individual basis only and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
dewi39 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised to reflect the most recent amendment. Your continued use of the dewi39 platform following any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account by contacting customer support.
